Featured Case Study: GE HEALTHCARE GLOBAL LEADERSHIP MEETING

GE HEALTHCARE: GLOBAL LEADERSHIP MEETING
The Challenge:
To create an effective, technologically advanced and visually compelling three-day forum for 400 GE Healthcare executives from around the world who will convene for strategic analysis and planning.
The Solution:
The 31-member project team needed a collaborative technology solution to manage constantly evolving floor plans, 38 presentations, agendas, videos, and a Forward Briefing Web site capable of 1,200 downloads a week and recognition. Post-event, the team needed a means to distribute information to managers worldwide who would be cascading information to their teams.
See how GE Healthcare stayed “healthy.”
