Most of us email friends, coworkers and others each and every day. We’re comfortable with emails. We feel at ease with what we write. But sometimes, those very feelings make us lax with our messages, saying the wrong things or saying things the wrong way. There are some rules of etiquette everyone should remember before pressing “send.” How many do you know?
